Product innovations form the basis of Gourmet. More than 20 years ago, Gourmet started developing new varieties that would also be suitable for the consumer market. Well-known shallot varieties include Golden Gourmet and Red Sun. To assess their suitability, we selected and extensively tested new varieties in our trial fields. It involves a continuous process of development and improvement.

Global cultivation and product cultivation management at home and abroad, as well as our own product managers, allow us to guarantee our customers an uninterrupted flow of quality products. In a nutshell: 100% product availability 365 days a year.

New harvests every day. An uninterrupted supply of products grown at home and abroad. After undergoing stringent entry checks, a lot number is assigned to each storage container. Our products are then carefully sorted according to the customer's requirements: quality, size and/or weight.
